Cabinetry Products

Excel Cabinets warrants its cabinetry products to the original consumer purchaser to be free from
all defects in workmanship and material under normal use for one year from the original date of
purchase by the original consumer purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). “Covered Products”
under this warranty includes cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, shelves and accessories that are
supplied and sold by Excel Cabinets. Any accessories or other products, sold with or as part of
any covered products that were not supplied and sold by Excel Cabinets, are expressly excluded
from the definition of “Covered Products” and coverage by this limited warranty.
Excel Cabinets will repair or replace defective Covered Products free of charge during the
Warranty Period so long as the original consumer purchaser contacts Excel Cabinets, in writing,
within the Warranty Period. The writing must include a description of the alleged defect and the
date and place of purchase of the product.
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper storage, or neglect. Additionally, this
warranty does not cover wear or deterioration that results from the natural aging of the Covered
Products including the following: expansion or contraction of joints, discoloration such as
lightening or darkening of the finish and variations in grain patterns and textures. This warranty
does not cover damage caused by contact with harmful chemicals.
Warranty repairs and replacements may require up to 6 weeks for replacement parts.
Excel Cabinets will not assume or authorize any person to assume for us, any liability in
connection with the sale of any of Excel Cabinet’s Covered Products.
Excel Cabinets reserves the right to change design, specification, and materials as conditions
require and as improvements are developed. The manufacturer/supplier has no obligation to
incorporate such changes into products previously supplied.
Excel Cabinets makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
